　　天津市区县人防指挥所暨人防专业队规范化建设现场会于10月13日在汉沽区人防应急指挥所召开。国家人防办副主任李扬和北京军区作战部副部长、北京军区人防办副主任王庭俊专程来津观摩指导，天津市委常委、天津警备区司令员王小京，市政府副市长熊建平等党政军领导同志出席。
　　与会领导和代表现场观摩了人防应急指挥演练全过程，观看了区级人防应急指挥所利用有线无线通信系统、会议调度系统、指挥辅助决策系统、自动空情接收处理系统、综合视讯显示系统、预警报知系统、指挥办公自动化系统、远程视频监控传输系统与市基本指挥所、机动指挥所及友邻区县进行通联，观看了市基本指挥所、机动指挥所、市中心区人防应急指挥所、区县机动应急指挥车按市指挥部命令组织抢险抢修、医疗救护、消防、治安防暴、防化防疫、通信保障、交通运输等7支人防应急专业队展开携装拉动实战演练情况，并对汉沽区地下人防应急指挥所、地上应急指挥大厅、应急联络厅、专家会商室及通信保障等各要素配置、功能和规范化管理情况进行了实地参观。
