　　为强化全民和平不忘忧患的国防观念和人防应急准备意识，市人防办公室与天津市国防教育办公室、平津战役纪念馆于9月19日联合举办了天津市第二十届全民国防教育周启动仪式。同日开始至25日，以“人民防空与新中国60年”为主题的人防宣传周系列宣传活动也正式拉开帷幕。市委常委、天津警备区司令员王小京，市委常委、常务副市长杨栋梁，天津警备区政委谢建华、市人大副主任李润兰、副市长熊建平等党政军领导出席了启动仪式。
